Return & Exchange Policy
Applicability of Policy
By agreeing to use the PARICHAY MENS Exchange Portal and/or initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to transact on parichaydesigner.
Please note that this Policy may be updated from time to time. Check back regularly to stay informed.
Return / Exchange Request
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Once your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email and our logistics partner will pick up the order within 24-48 hours.
Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the item to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area.
After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check before the process is continued.
Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 working days.
If the required size is not available, we will offer another product in exchange.
Replacements are delivered within 7-10 business days.
Please return products in their original condition. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

Cancellations are allowed only for COD orders that haven't been dispatched.
No refunds are provided. Only replacements are processed for valid return reasons.
Exchange / Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return/exchange if:
(a) The product does not fit
(b) The product and/or packaging is damaged
(c) The product is defective
(d) Accessories or parts are missing
Mandatory Conditions for Return/Exchange
• The product must not be worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
• Tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and undamaged.
• Altered products will not be accepted unless it's a vendor defect.
• Product must match our order records.
• Product must not have any foul odor, stains, dents, scratches, or tears.
• Products sold as sets must be returned together.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
• Product must not be rendered defective or unusable.
Return Procedure
Returns are managed through our reverse logistics partners.
Once you send a return request to parichaydesigner7@gmail.com, our team will acknowledge it and initiate a pickup if eligible.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
