We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, order weight, and shipping service selected.
1. Domestic Shipping – India
We currently offer the following shipping options within India:

2. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout.

- Sri Lanka
- United Arab Emirates

International shipping rates are weight-based, and the applicable charge will be displayed during checkout before payment.
3. International Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means that any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout and may be payable by the customer upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations applicable in their country.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time begins from the date the order is dispatched and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact details provided at the time of placing the order.
6. Customs & International Delays
For international shipments, delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection or clearance procedures in the destination country. Such delays are outside our control and are not considered a failure of the shipping service.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.
Additional shipping or handling charges arising from an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated delivery attempts may be payable by the customer.
