All domestic orders are shipped via trusted and registered courier services or through India Post’s Speed Post service to ensure safe delivery. We currently deliver across India and aim to expand our reach further.

Order Processing & Dispatch:

We process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, the orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and local courier logistics. Please note that deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances by courier agencies, force majeure events, or government restrictions is beyond our control. However, we strive to assist you with any delivery concerns promptly through our customer support team.

Delivery Address:

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order. We request customers to ensure accurate and complete address details, including landmarks and contact information, to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

Order Tracking & Partial Shipments:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with the tracking details to monitor your shipment status. In case of multiple items ordered, partial shipment may occur based on availability, and you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Charges:

Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return/exchange requests unless the return is due to a fault from our end (wrong/damaged item received).

For regions not serviceable by our standard delivery partners, we may request the customer to provide an alternative delivery address or arrange for shipment through an alternate method.

International Shipping:

We do not currently provide international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
